At St. Mary's College of Maryland, we are proud to be a public honors college and are looking for students who are ready to be challenged. We accept applications from first-year and transfer students for the fall and spring semesters.
Applying to college is a time-sensitive process. Be sure that you are aware of the appropriate deadlines as you complete the application process.
The admissions process is slightly different for first-year and transfer students. Whether you are applying online or with a paper application, please review the supplemental application requirements for first-year, transfer and international applicants.

* Students seeking priority consideration for merit scholarship aid from St. Mary’s College of Maryland should apply by November 15, and indicate on the Common Application, they are applying for merit-based scholarships. This is NOT a binding early decision deadline but, rather, is designed to provide adequate time for thorough and careful review of scholarship applications. Scholarship applicants applying under the priority scholarship deadline will be notified of their admissions decision and any merit awards at the regular decision notification date of April 1.
