New users must register using the 14 digit "Barcode" on your I.D. (under your picture). "Last Name" is case sensitive, so start with a capital letter, e.g. Smith.
Tip: MLA no longer requires URLs in citations. The 7th edition of the MLA Handbook is in the library and here's a link for online help http://library.concordia.ca/help/howto/mla.php
