- Aug 26: Residence halls open for new students
- Aug 26-29: Orientation for all new students
- Aug 28-29: Residence Halls open for returning students
- Aug 30: CLASSES BEGIN
- Aug 30 - Sept 10: Schedule-adjustment period and late registration
September
- Sept 6: Labor Day Holiday: NO CLASSES
- Sept 13-24: Add a course with a fee until September 24. You may withdraw with a grade of "W" with a $25 fee until the end of the 10th academic week(Nov 5)
- Sept 24: LAST DAY for students to submit course work to faculty to remove an Incomplete, to change grading option to Credit/No-credit, and to declare an Audit grading option
- Sept 30: LAST DAY to withdraw, without a grade penalty, from a half-semester course
October
- Oct 8: LAST DAY for instructors to remove an Incomplete
- Oct 11-12: Fall reading Days. NO CLASSES
- Oct 18: Mid-semester report deadline
- Oct 18-22: Half-semester courses begin
- Oct 22: LAST DAY to register for a half-semester course beginning at mid-semester
November
- Nov 1-5: Academic advising for all degree students currently enrolled
- Nov 2: NO CLASSES. All day advising
- Nov 5: LAST DAY to withdraw, without a grade penalty, from a full-semester course
- Nov 3-12: Registration for degree students.
- Nov 18: LAST DAY to withdraw , without a grade penalty, from a half-semester course which began at mid-semester
- Nov 19: St. Mary's Projects due to mentor
- Nov 23: Thanksgiving recess begins at 10:00 p.m
- Nov 29: CLASSES RESUME
December
- Dec 10: Last Day of regularly scheduled classes, St. Mary's Projects due in the registrar's office
- Dec 13-16: Final Class meetings/exams. Last class meeting scheduled during exams
- Dec 20: Grades due by noon
January
- Jan 14: Residence halls open and orientation, advising, and continued registration for new students
- Jan 14-16: Orientation continues
- Jan 16-17: Residence halls open for returning students
- Jan 17: Martin Luther King Holiday: NO CLASSES
- Jan 18: CLASSES BEGIN
