This past weekend was very long and busy. That isn’t to say that it that I didn’t have a great time. I flew up to New England on Thursday to do admissions receptions with the Director of Admissions Rich Edgar and the Admissions Counselor for New England Heidi Coxon. We did five receptions in four days from as far south as Stamford, CT and as far north as Portland, ME. This meant lots of driving and work, but also lots of fun. It was my job to give the “virtual tour” so I had a PowerPoint with pictures to pretend that we were walking around the campus and I was the audience’s tour guide. It was pretty silly, but it was really successful and useful to people that aren’t able to come visit the campus, much like this blog! (shameless self advertising). I met a lot of really friendly and interesting people, hopefully I’ll get to see some of them later this year if they can visit. The best thing about it was I only forgot to bring the projector once!
Old England?… no, NEW England!
