I can’t believe it, one more class tonight at 6:00 and then I will have completed my first week of my last semester at St. Mary’s ☹!!!! Despite the fact that I refuse to admit that this journey will ever come to an end and that my friends and I refuse to speak the “g-word”, it is pretty great being a senior! I am finally living the dream in my townhouse on the greens, having a schedule consisting of two economics classes, traditional African dance and scuba diving, and not taking Friday classes (can you say 3 day weekend)… it’s a pretty sweet life if I do say so myself!
Anyways, as many of you reading this are juniors and seniors preparing to embark on your own college experiences, I have decided that I am going to start writing some of mine down and sharing them with you, so you can get a glimpse into the life of not only a St. Mary’s student, but a spectacular second semester senior who dreads that day that they actually have to g-word and leave this perfect place. (Now can you say run on sentence, whooops.)
But for now, I have to run to dinner and get to my last class, so that 3 day weekend can begin!
Ciao (I studied abroad in Italy)
