Thanks and Recognition
On behalf of President Joe Urgo and the St. Mary’s College of Maryland Foundation, I want to thank you for your contributions over the past year. Quite simply, we could not offer such a distinctive education in the liberal arts without your support. You made St. Mary’s College a philanthropic priority and for that we are grateful. You have empowered hundreds of students with your support for financial aid, research assistance, and new opportunities.

Named Gift Opportunities
Named gifts can have a transforming effect on the College's students and programs. Endowed or not, these gifts provide desperately needed scholarships and financial stability to signature programs or new initiatives. Endowments, often created in tribute of someone, provide support in perpetuity for scholarships, chairs and professorships, internships, lectureships, and campus buildings and spaces. Scholarship naming opportunities start at $25,000.
At St. Mary's, no tradition is greater than that of each generation giving to those who follow. Scholarships help St. Mary's to attract the best and brightest students and to achieve our mission of remaining accessible, affordable, and diverse.
