Dr. Charles W. and Eliza R. Willis Memorial Scholarship Fund
Established in 2010 by Trustee Katharine A. Russell and Jane W. Russell to benefit students enrolled in the Master of Arts in Teaching Program who have financial need. Preference is given to students who have been invited to present papers, projects, or research at national or international conferences.
