Biology Department Manuals & Forms
Biology Safety Manual - All students working in a biology lab must read this!!
Biology Lab Etiquette Policy – All biology students working independently in Schaefer Hall, including student workers, teaching assistants, SMP students and students conducting directed research, must read this policy and all will be asked to sign and abide by a safety contract.
Biology Style Manual - The purpose of the Department of Biology Style Manual is to guide the writing and presentations required of biology students throughout their time at St. Mary’s College of Maryland. The Style Manual provides a standard format for writing and gives the specific requirements and expectations that department instructors will use to evaluate written work.
Student Travel Grant Application – This form is for students applying for travel money to present their St. Mary's research at a professional conference.
Student Teaching Assistant (TA) Form- This form is for students who are applying to be a biology laboratory teaching assistants.
Supply Order Request Form - This form is used by students to order supplies for their independent research or SMP.
