Mr. Paul R. Schultheis '98

Why I am a trustee: Profession: When I was in college I studied: Today I wish I had studied: Favorite film: Favorite cuisine: Role model: Education/Career Advice for Students: Paul Schultheis earned his B.A. in economics from St. Mary’s College of Maryland in 1998. He is the corporate sales manager for Finch Services, Inc., covering the mid-Atlantic golf courses for John Deer Golf. Schultheis was a member of the off-shore sailing team and has been very active with the Alumni Council since 2001; serving as the Howard/Anne Arundel Chapter co-president, treasurer, vice president and president. Since his term as president in 2008, Schultheis has worked closely with the alumni office to expand social networking options and alumni events and helped create and implement the Class Percentage Challenge, a fundraising campaign geared towards increasing alumni participation. In 2011, teh students voted Schultheis into their circle of Omicron Delta Kappa, teh national leadership honor society.
I have been involved with the Alumni Association since I graduated in 1998 and am now the president of the Alumni Council. The Board has always viewed alumni with esteem and offers the Alumni Council president a position on the Board to articulate the goals and views of alumni to the Board of Trustees.

I originally intended to graduate from St. Mary’s with a science degree and be a meteorologist. I wish I had stuck to that plan, although I am very happy with my current career!

Schultheis is married to fellow alum Jennifer Aschbrenner Schultheis ’98 and resides in Westminster, Maryland.
