Community Relations Committee
The community relations committee is responsible for ensuring that the public service mission and goals of the College are adequately communicated to the appropriate external audiences. In collaboration with the Capital Design Advisory Committee, the Community Relations Committee will create a forum in which the community has the opportunity to provide input to the Board. The committee shall serve as a vehicle for the Board to advise the College’s leadership on various outreach efforts and to review and assess the College’s communication plan.
The general charge for the community relations committee shall be to review College outreach programs and procedures and ensure community needs are part of the overall decision making.
