A full refund will be provided for notice of cancellation provided by January 7. Also, please remember to print, complete, and deliver an Occupancy Request Form DIRECTLY to Res. Life. Campus residents who fail to submit this form by Dec. 7 will be removed from the program roster and will receive a refund of their program fee.
Waitlisters: If space has filled and you are waitlisted for the program, you must still submit an Occupancy Request Form, with return being conditional upon enrollment in the program. You will be contacted by phone and email if a spot opens up for you, as late as January 8. If no spot becomes available you may pick up your registration fee at the CDC when you return in January.
