September

  • Sept 5: Labor Day Holiday: Classes WILL be held
  • Sept 12-23: Add and/or drop a course with a $25 fee per add and/or drop
  • Sept 26-Nov 4: Withdraw with a grade of "W" with a $25 fee until the end of the 10th academic week (Nov 4)
  • Sept 23: LAST DAY for students to submit course work to faculty to remove an Incomplete, to change grading option to Credit/No-credit, and to declare an Audit grading option
  • Sept 29: LAST DAY to withdraw, with a grade of "W," from a half-semester course

October

  • Oct 7: LAST DAY for instructors to remove an Incomplete
  • Oct 10-11: Fall reading Days: NO CLASSES
  • Oct 17: Mid-semester report deadline
  • Oct 17-21: Half-semester courses begin
  • Oct 21: LAST DAY to register for a half-semester course beginning at mid-semester
  • Oct 31-Nov 4: Academic advising for all degree students currently enrolled

November

  • Nov 1: All day advising: NO CLASSES
  • Nov 2-11: Registration for degree students
  • Nov 4: LAST DAY to withdraw, with a grade of "W," from a full-semester course
  • Nov 17: LAST DAY to withdraw, without a grade penalty, from a half-semester course which began at mid-semester
  • Nov 18: St. Mary's Projects due to mentor
  • Nov 22: Thanksgiving recess begins at 10:00 p.m
  • Nov 28: CLASSES RESUME

December

  • Dec 9: Last Day of regularly scheduled classes.  St. Mary's Projects due to Student Services desk in Glendening Hall
  • Dec 12-15: Final Class meetings/exams. Last class meeting scheduled during exams
  • Dec 19: Grades due by noon

January

  • Jan 13: Advising and registration for all new students. Orientation continues
