The Chemistry Major: Degree Requirements

To earn a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in chemistry, a student must satisfy the following minimum requirements:

1. General College Requirements, including the following requirements to satisfy the major.
2. Required Courses: Chemistry Core Courses:  (32 semester hours)
3. Every chemistry major must complete a St. Mary's Project.
4. Students must earn grades of C- or better in all courses listed in items 2-3 above, and maintain an overall GPA of 2.0 or better in these required courses.
