Congratulations to Andy Horn, Dave Chase, and Kevin Baier for winning Council of State positions for the 2010-2011 year!  Andy will be governor, Dave will the the Attorney General, and Kevin will be the Secretary of State.

Kevin Baier (Secretary of State, SMCM Delegation's Secretary) won the Thomas V. "Mike" Miller, Jr. Award for Up and Coming Members award at the 2010 Annual Session, congratulations, Kevin!
