The Campus Technology Support Services (CTSS) office is where St. Mary's College of Maryland students, faculty, staff, and alumni can receive support for operational, software, and hardware questions and issues.
CTSS is comprised of five areas partnering to provide integrated information technology support. CTSS services include:
- User Support Services - provides technical services for faculty, staff, and the campus
- Student Help Desk - provides technical services for students
- Enterprise Support Services - management of campus information systems (Jenzabar)
- Network Services - Internet connection, email servers, telecommunications, and IT security
- Web Services - campus web support, personal web sites
