Enterprise Support Services
The mission of the Enterprise Support Services team is to provide technical expertise for the acquisition, installation, development, maintenance and training of campus-wide information Systems in a reliable and professional manner.
Systems for administrative support consist of purchased off the shelf (OTS) and in-house developed applications. Jenzabar CX is St. Mary’s College of Maryland's primary administrative software based on the Informix database management system software. Primary reporting utilizes COGNOS business intelligence reporting tools providing users with ad-hoc reporting capability as well as Web-based dimensional analysis and reporting.
