Training for Campus Offices
Campus Technology Support Services provides training courses designed to help campus employees meet the challenges of today's unique technological advancements in database report writing using the COGNOS suite of products and Jenzabar CX (CARS) campus information system. Classes are scheduled as needed with the sessions tailored to your specific needs. The courses are usually 1-2 hour sessions with classroom lectures, discussion, and hands on training in the classroom.

Impromptu- Report authors use Impromptu to create business-context reports. Report authors can author virtually any report using Impromptu's superior frame-based reporting interface.
