Voicemail Setup Information
Each phone extension on campus has voicemail capability. The first time you access your mailbox the automated system will walk you through the setup process. The User Tutorial assists you in creating a personalized greeting and selecting a voicemail pass code.
Telephone information
There are two phone sets used across campus for faculty and staff.
Cortelco – These are analog phones placed in the majority of faculty and staff offices.
DTerm – These digital phones are located in specific Administrative areas.
Conference Call Information
The campus phone system is capable of handling conference calls. If you need assistance in arranging your call please contact the Help Desk at x4357.

Telecommunications has a conference phone designed for use in large meetings and programs/presentation. This phone may be reserved by contacting the Telecommunications Office at X3351.
Mobile Phone Use Policy
The Telecommunications office has several cell phones available for short-term use. Please read the policy governing the use of the phones and user instructions.
