Make an Online Payment
Online Management
With this online feature, you can:
- Check the balance and account activity of your debit account.
- Add money to your debit account via credit card.
- Immediately deactivate your card if lost and reactivate it when found.
These features are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week!
Getting Started
- Log On to Your Portal Account.
- Click on the "My Student Account" tab.
- Go to the "Account Management" box on the right of the screen.
- Click on "OneCard Account Management."
Managing your account
You should now see three options for you to choose from:
- Deposit
- Check Your Balance
- Activate/Deactivate Card
Depositing to your General Debit account
- To make a deposit to your Debit account click "Deposit."
- Next you will be asked to enter your credit card information and the amount you would like to deposit.
- Once all of the information is filled in, click "Continue."
- Confirm your information, and click "Submit Payment Now" to deposit the money to your debit account.
Viewing your account activity
- To view your debit account activity and balance, click on "View Transactions."
- You should now be able to view your detailed account activity.
Deactivate/Reactivate your card
- If you ever lose your card you can come here and deactivate it so no one else will be able to use it and charge items to your account. To do so click on "Deactivate/Reactivate Card."
- Select "Deactivate my OneCard" from the drop-down menu
- Either way, if you find your card or received a new one you have to come back to this page to reactivate your card. Go through the same steps outlined above and this time select "Reactivate my OneCard" from the list. Your card is now reactivated.
