Lost or Stolen Cards
If your SMCM OneCard is lost or stolen, you should deactivate your account immediately. You are responsible for charges on your card until it is reported missing. You may deactivate your account in the following manner:
- Visit or call (240-895-4469) the OneCard Office between 8:00am and 5:00pm.
- Visit or call (240-895-4911) Public Safety after 5:00p.m. daily, weekends and holidays.
- Deactivate your OneCard online through the Manage Your Account Option.
