Lost or Stolen Cards
If your SMCM OneCard is lost or stolen, you should deactivate your account immediately. You are responsible for charges on your card until it is reported missing. You may deactivate your account in the following manner:
- Visit or call X4469 the OneCard Office between 8:00a.m. and 5:00p.m.
- Visit or call X4911 Public Safety after 5:00p.m. daily, weekends and holidays.
- Deactivate your One Card online through the Manage Your Account Option
The OneCard office is located in Baltimore Hall, X4469. Replacement cards may be purchased for $25.00 between 8:00a.m. and 5:00p.m. Monday through Friday. Temporary cards are also available for emergencies at the SMCM Department of Public Safety.
