User Support Services
The Support Desk is the primary service point for all SMCM-owned computer, hardware, software, network, One Card and telecommunications problems and questions. The goal of the Support Desk is to assist the SMCM campus by providing excellent customer service with a smile. This means that any problems and questions will be resolved as quickly and as effectively as possible. Documentation of all reported problems, questions, and resolutions will be maintained and used to provide future direction for training, staffing, and communications.
