Mission
The primary purpose of our group is to oversee St. Mary's College of Maryland's web presence. This includes:
- Developing and maintaining web policies/standards and providing technical guidance for integration of other university technologies into the web;
- Research and development to maintain an effective and efficient web and portal presence, provide guidance in the use of templates and standards for content management;
- Strategic planning;
- Project management;
- And coordination with server and portal administration to maintain web servers and related web systems.
Our content management system from Hannon Hill employs a Cascade Server which allows us to open up content development to users through standard browsers.
