·         All participants to Wagoner house party in the afternoon

Monday                 

9 December          On Campus

 

·         Pick-up 9am

·         Introductory seminar on U.S. federalism and rule of law (Grogan) 10 am; Room tba

·         Lunch in Great Room (with students)

·         Interactive session with Grogan to identify major concerns of delegates for                                            activities later in the visit (Room tba)

·         Visit Point Lookout/shopping/library time

Tuesday

10 December        Southern Maryland

·         Pick-up 8:15

·         Discussion with Circuit Court Judge Marvin Kaminetz and observation of

                                                Criminal court processes, Leonardtown (begin at 9 am)

·         Lunch at Bert’s Restaurant, Mechanicsville, MD

·         Meet with Seri Wilpone, Attorney, Legal Aid, Hughesville, MD               

·         Dinner with host family (5p)

 

Wednesday

11 December        Greenbelt. MD

·         Leave at 10:30

·         Lunch at Stoney's

·         U.S. District Courthouse for the District of Maryland, Greenbelt (1:30)

·         Dinner for host families (participants and host families), Campus Center 205

 

 

Thursday              

12 December        Washington, DC

·         Visit to courtroom (11 am) and conversation (noon or 12:15) with Judge Thomas P. Jackson

·         Presentation and discussion with Raymond A. Mosley, Director of the Federal Register.  (ca. 2:30 – 4:30 continuing even later if we so desire)

·         Lunch in DC

·         Dinner in D.C. or Calvert County      (return by 9p)       

 

Friday

13 December        Leonardtown, MD

 

·         Walden Sierra: NGO Behavioral Health Services

·         Lunch out

·         Shopping

·         Dinner with families
