The Watershed Project is a unique look at the Chesapeake Bay and surrounding area through visual art and in collaboration with the communities who live there. This is a multi-phase project – an interdisciplinary, collaborative series of exhibitions focused on the environmental, social, and cultural state of the watershed, which encompasses 150 major rivers and streams and is home to over 17 million people.
Atlantika Collective is a creative collective based in Washington, DC. Their members are artists, photographers, curators, art historians and writers who believe in community, social responsibility, and nurturing a contemporary humanism through art.
Exhibition runs through November 22.
