March 28, 2015 @ 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm

I am a student at St. Mary’s College of Maryland currently working on my senior project. My project explores how Christianity can be used as a driving force and/or coping mechanism to resist oppression in the African American community. In conjunction with my project, I will be hosting an event with various religious and community leaders from the St. Mary’s County area.

Please join students in a dialogue about Christianity, the Bible, and the role of the church in relation to racial discrimination and bias in America.
