Migration Crisis in Europe: Is America a Bystander?

Europe is in the middle of the greatest migration upheaval since the end of World War II. In 2016 alone, Europe received close to a million asylum applications. How are the Europeans handling the migration crisis?  How does the crisis impact Americans?  What lessons have European officials learned in the past three years? How to prevent similar crises in the future?

Panelists: Dr. Martin Geiger from Carleton University in Ottawa (Canada); Dr. Ioannis N. Grigoriadis from Bilkent University in Ankara (Turkey); Dr. Polly Pallister-Wilkins from the University of Amsterdam (The Netherlands) and Esra Dilek, from Bilkent University in Ankara (Turkey).
