Q. I didn’t play fall or winter sports – what is there for me to do?
Spring Break-a-Sweat is one of the fastest growing alumni events and comes at a wonderful time of the year to visit St. Mary’s. The day is very open and we encourage you to visit some of your favorite places on campus, enjoy the waterfront recreation, and touch base with your former professors. The hospitality tent next to Seahawk Stadium is a great place for all alumni, not just the returning athletes, to reconnect over a cold beer and some great food. From here you can catch the exciting action as our women’s lacrosse team takes on a conference rival in the afternoon.
Q. Where should I park?
Visitors for this event should park in Lot T (Guam) and Lot Z. Overflow parking will be available in the grassy field to the left of Guam.
Q. Is this event family-friendly? What about pets?
This event is family-friendly, however you must be over 21 to enter the fenced-off hospitality tent. Unfortunately, NCAA policy requires that pets aren’t near the varsity games so we encourage you to leave all four-legged family members at home.
Q. What are the food/beverage options?
Food vendors will be stationed nearby, and the J. Frank Raley Great Room at the Campus Center will also be open throughout the day. Draft beers will be available at a fenced-off beer tent sponsored by the Alumni Association.
Q. I played a spring sport – when is my alumni game?
