Facilities Master Planning
Phase I: Needs Assessment
St. Mary's College continues its development of a new Facilities Master Plan to guide campus development over the next 10 - 15 years. Phase I of the plan, completed in fall 2012, provided an assessment of facility needs and observations concerning the organization and layout of the campus. Phase I included significant input from the campus community through stakeholder workshops, meetings with departments and the Master Plan Task Force, as well as the Trustee Committee on buildings and Grounds. Complete reports for Phase I are provided in the links on this webpage.
