Design and Construction
The department of Design and Construction manages capital design and construction projects for new buildings, major building renovations, and major infrastructure projects. The department manages the design and procurement of capital furniture and equipment being installed in new buildings as well as the replacement of building furniture and finishes. The department also manages minor construction and alteration projects funded by the college’s plant budget.
