Master Planning
Work Plan
As is typical in larger master planning projects the workload shall be divided between in-house staff and hired consultants. A work plan has been developed to assign tasks between various campus entities and the consulting firms needed to complete the project.
The campus master planning process is being separated broadly into 3 separate phases: Needs Analysis and Existing Conditions Assessment, Data Synthesis and Alternatives Development, and Finalizing the Facilities Master Plan.
