1. Applicant must be a high school senior, college freshman or college sophomore to be eligible.
2. To qualify, applicant may reside anywhere in the United States, but must be a U.S. citizen.
1. Applicant must prove current enrollment in school (Acceptance letters, proof of course registration, letter proving enrollment verification, etc. are acceptable).
2. An essay (2-3 double-spaced pages) must be submitted detailing this topic: Suggest and explain strategies that can be used to raise awareness of bus travel safety and bus accident prevention.
