
Federal regulations require colleges to check the accuracy of the information submitted on the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). This process is referred to as Verification. The verification process must be completed before your student account can be credited with financial aid such as the Federal Pell Grant, Federal Supplement Grant, Federal Work/Study, Federal Perkins Loan, Federal Stafford Loan, and College funding. Please be aware that your financial aid may change once the verification process is complete.
Please do not complete these forms unless you have been instructed to do so.
Forms are PDF documents and need to be printed, completed, and mailed to the Office of Financial Aid (address is below).

You will be required to mail copies of Federal 1040 U.S. Tax Returns, W2s, and any other documents detailed on the verification worksheets. State Tax Returns are not acceptable and do not need to be sent.

You will have 60 days to complete the verification process. Failure to complete the process will result in your ineligibility for federal financial aid for the academic year.
