Welcome to St. Mary's College of Maryland! This web page is dedicated to your first year of college. You will find information in the tabs to the left about the First Year Seminars, the Core Curriculum, campus life resources, and our summer reading program. I am eager to meet you and wish you all the best as you prepare to arrive on campus.

For prospective students and parents, I also hope that this web site gives you a sense of the curriculum at St. Mary's and the kinds of experiences our students have, particularly in their first year. Our First Year Experience program is designed to help students transition smoothly to college life and to get a jump start on their exploration of the liberal arts and sciences.  Please feel free to contact me with questions or comments.
