Glendening Hall Service Desk

The Glendening Hall Service Desk will be responsible for the daily operating functions. Student staff will serve as front desk support for the offices within Glendening Hall. Staff will provide on going customer service approach to each guest who visits the Glendening Hall Services desk in an appropriate and professional manner.

Glendening Hall Service Desk Functions:

• Provides assistance for the Portal and CashNet.
• Administers all Drop/Add requests.
• Collects Phase 1 and Phase 2 forms for Study Abroad.
• Collects other forms or offices located in Glendening Hall
• Assists with any question or provides the location for a answer.
