The Student Support Desk
At St. Mary's College of Maryland
The Student Support Desk is a resource for the students of St. Mary's College. Student Support Desk staff provide computing assistance for troubleshooting via telephone support, as well as walk-up and email support. We do not offer walk-up support for personal computer troubleshooting problems. Personal computer troubleshooting (if they require more than the phone assistance) must be made by appointment. For after hours support, the Support Desk provides voicemail and email, responding within the next business day.
Before Contacting the Student Support Desk:
- Check all cables to make sure everything is securely connected
- Restart your computer/printer
- Run anti-spyware programs
- Run an anti-virus scan
- Check the links at the left for a solution to your problem

During the summer, we are open Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm.
Location
The Student Support Desk is located in Baltimore Hall. The entrance is on the path underneath the Library through the double glass doors.
