Declaration Form for Senior Projects and SMPs in Human Studies
The declaration form is required for all students majoring in Human Studies and for non-majors doing St. Mary's Projects in Human Studies.
By filling out the form, you are not committing yourself to a particular senior experience option or to a particular St. Mary's Project topic. Rather, you are letting us know what your interests and intentions are at this point in time. You will be able to change your mind later on, in which case you should submit an amended declaration form. If you have already been working on project ideas with a particular faculty member, all efforts will be made to allow you to continue your work with that faculty member.
The form should be submitted to the Human Studies Coordinator, Roy Hopkins, in Goodaster Hall 141, or electronically to jrhopkins@smcm.edu.
