Adjunct Career Exploration Instructor
St. Mary’s College of Maryland at Historic St. Mary’s City is accepting resumes for the contingent position of Adjunct Career Exploration Instructor. This is an applicant pool for part time, temporary instructors. Instructors will facilitate self-discovery and career exploration; goal setting and informed decision making; soft skills and effective oral and written communication. Classes will meet in person for 50 minutes, two days a week, per section. This is a part-time contingent position with no benefits provided.
Qualifications include: Master’s degree, prior teaching experience and understanding of identity development theory and career development theory preferred. Employment will be contingent upon successful completion of a criminal background check.
