ERP Project Director
St. Mary’s College of Maryland at Historic St. Mary’s City is accepting résumés for the temporary three (3) year term position of ERP Project Director. The ERP Project Director serves as the primary operational lead in managing the technical and functional implementation of the new ERP vendor for St. Mary’s College of Maryland. The ERP Project Director will coordinate all aspects of the operational planning, scheduling, coordination of St. Mary’s resources and staff to achieve this technical and functional implementation throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree. Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification. Three to five years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A minimum of two years’ experience actively managing projects of various sizes and complexity through all phases of the project management lifecycle. Knowledge of Jenzabar, Campus Management, Ellucian Colleague or Ellucian Banner or any other related ERP system is helpful but not required. Experience in Higher Education environment preferred but not required. Experience in Higher Education environment preferred but not required. Familiarity with the following software: Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Visio, and MS Office Suite. Superior project management and collaboration skills within complex technology projects and initiatives. Any combination of acceptable education, which has provided the necessary knowledge and skills to fulfill the requirements of this position, may be considered.
