Visiting Assistant Professor of Economics
St. Mary’s College of Maryland at Historic St. Mary’s City is accepting applications for the position of Visiting Assistant Professor of Economics for the 2017-2018 academic year. Responsibilities include teaching three courses per semester, working with and advising undergraduate economics majors, and fulfilling other departmental service responsibilities. The expected teaching assignment is oriented toward microeconomics and includes intermediate microeconomics as part of the assignment. Additional specializations will be considered. Candidates should have an economics PhD or be ABD in an Economics PhD program and have teaching experience at the collegiate level.
