Student Life
Living and Eating on Campus
Students will live near campus in the Paradornparp International House. The mission of the Paradornparp International House is "to provide a safe, secure, comfortable, and healthy living community for residents, and to promote an active residential life program which provides a broad international perspective for students, faculty and staff within a respectful and intercultural residential learning community at Payap University."
The Paradornparp International House has three floors and can accommodate 204 students and 36 professors and staff. Double-occupancy rooms have private bathrooms with hot water and air conditioning. All rooms have telephone and wireless internet access. Paradornparp International House will wherever possible have Thai and non-Thai students live together to facilitate language and cultural exchange. The residence hall also offers a lounge area equipped with a Cable TV, sofa, tables, English and Japanese newspapers, vending machines and mail boxes. Laundry machines and dryers are located on each floor.
Paradornparp International House also offers a dining hall that is open five days prior the first day of classes each semester, and closes five days after the last day of final exams. St. Mary's students will take breakfast and dinner on the weekdays (Monday - Friday) at the dining room as part of their meal plan. The menu includes Thai and international cuisine.

Paradornparp International House has a fitness room for its residents.

Student Activities
Payap University offers students several clubs and activities open to all students to enrich their campus experience.
Typical clubs at Payap: badminton, baseball and softball, basketball, buddhist studies, christian music, christian studies, donating, English, food science, formal languages, human resource management, marketing, outdoor, rugby, soccer, volunteerism, and work camp.
Campus Computing
Thai Studies students are full-time status students at Payap University and as such are allowed to use all campus computing facilities. Paradornparp International House has wireless internet access as well as internet-connected computer room. Internet access is also readily available at internet cafes around Chiang Mai for a reasonable price.
