Dian Dudderar was honored at a surprise party with teachers and central office folks from St. Mary’s County public schools, plus former and current students, to celebrate her retirement after 10 years at St. Mary’s as the director of Student Teaching and Professional School Liaison. Her contributions to the College include establishment of an internship for future teachers in Costa Rica. Additionally, she helped craft the new M.A.T. program—and was responsible for guiding the last of the undergraduate certification seekers through their fulltime internship and graduation. This photo shows her just relaxing in Atenas, where she lives half the year now.
