Piano Fest – the summer retreat for pianists and piano teachers at St. Mary’s College of Maryland – returns July 8-11 for classes and recitals for the public. Led by St. Mary’s College faculty pianists Eliza Garth, Brian Ganz, and Beverly Babcock, Piano Fest 2011 will offer four days of music-making and sharing for pianists, piano teachers, and piano students of a broad range of abilities, ages, and interests. Included are master classes, lessons, faculty and student performances, and opportunities to enjoy the campus. For more information, contact Eliza Garth, director.
