OneCard

If your SMCM One Card is lost or stolen, you should deactivate your account immediately.  You are responsible for charges on your card until it is reported missing.  You may deactivate your account in the following manner:

• Visit or call (240-895-4469) the One Card Office between 8:00a.m. and 5:00p.m.
• Visit or call (240-895-4911) Public Safety after 5:00p.m. daily, weekends and holidays.
• Deactivate your One Card online through the Manage Your Account Option

The One-Card office is located in Baltimore Hall, phone ext. 4469. Replacement cards may be purchased for $15.00 between 8:00a.m. and 5:00p.m. Monday through Friday. Temporary cards are also available for emergencies at the SMCM Department of Public Safety.
