TIMELINE FOR CONVOCATION AND COMMENCEMENT
MARCH 24-25, 2011 Orders for Caps, Gowns, and Announcements are accepted at Grad Fair in the Michael P. O’Brien Arena on March 24th and the Campus Store on March 25.
APRIL 22, 2011 Last Day to Buy Tickets for Senior Week Events.
Office of Student Activities (Campus Center 143).
MAY 1, 2011 Campus Housing for Senior Week and Commencement
Last day for off-campus graduates to request on-campus housing for Senior Week through the Office of Residence Life.
MAY 11, 2011 Beach Day Luau – Noon to 4:00 p.m. at the Waterfront
MAY 12, 2011 Gala at Brome-Howard Inn (tickets must be purchased in advance) 8:00 p.m. – 1:00 a.m.
Bus loop begins with departure from DPC beginning at 7:45 p.m.
Bus loop ends at 1:30 a.m.
Cost: $75.00 - Includes dinner and 2 drink tickets for alcoholic beverages. Additional drink tickets will be on sale during Senior Gala at $2 per ticket for those who purchase this package. Must be 21 to consume alcohol. $65.00 - Includes dinner and unlimited non-alcoholic beverages.
MAY 13, 2011 Graduation Rehearsal – 11:00 a.m. Michael P. O’Brien Athletics and Recreation Center Arena.
Family Picnic – 6:00 p.m. at the Waterfront (Rain location: Michael P. O’Brien Athletics and Recreation Center Arena)
(tickets must be purchased in advance, seniors must also purchase a ticket)
Convocation – 8:00 p.m. on Townhouse Green.
MAY 14, 2011 Full Breakfast 7:30 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. in the Great Room

Class Photo – 9:15 a.m. Michael P. O’Brien Athletics and Recreation Center Arena Recreation Courts
Procession/Ceremony Begins – 10:00 a.m.
Residence Hall move-out
Traditional Halls & Suites by 3:00 p.m.
Apartments & Townhouses by 5:00 p.m.
