In January 2008, the Psychology Department relocated to Goodpaster Hall, the new academic building situated between Schaefer Hall and Townhouse Crescent. The building features a 75-seat lecture hall and a multi-media classroom with two-way video conferencing capability. It is one of two fully "green" (environmentally responsible) buildings that was piloted by the State of Maryland in the year 2004-2005.

Among classrooms, faculty and staff offices, animal research labs, and faculty research spaces, Goodpaster Hall is home to psychology labs and research rooms than can be reserved for use by faculty and students.
