Prospective PsycSMPs: A past student may have suggested a path for future research that you would like to follow!
Students can visit the College Archives (Calvert 009-ground floor) to read or view past St. Mary's Projects Mondays and Thursdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. (appointments recommended).
Access to a full SMP can depend on how a student completed a release form, but most SMPs can be read or viewed in the College Archives without restriction.
Electronic copies of SMPs are usually provided to faculty and staff upon request, but students are provided electronic copies of SMPs only with the permission of a faculty member.

Abstract
A sexuality education program was provided to adults with developmental disabilities (DD) and their residential caregiving staff to examine whether their sexual awareness and knowledge could be enhanced. A curriculum including a pretest posttest design was developed, then modified for use with each of the two participant groups. Utilizing this curriculum, two concurrent multisession programs were offered; one included twelve adults with (DD), the other targeted their caregiving staff. A small N rendered statistical analysis of the staff program inappropriate. However, an ANOVA demonstrated that the program did improve sexual knowledge of adults with DD, F [1,10] = 20.80. A T test showed that this groups’ opinions and values were also changed.
