The Office of Publications and Media Relations provides photography for the College's promotional needs: recruitment, media and public relations, events, and printed material. Photos taken by The Office of Publications and Media Relations for St. Mary's College of Maryland are the property of the College. The College reserves the right to take photographs of campus facilities and scenes, events, faculty, staff, and students for College use in any areas on campus where subjects do not have an expectation of privacy and provided the photographs do not violate the privacy of the subject.
To request a photographer for an event, please indicate your photo needs when using the EMS system to schedule your event. You may also contact Barbara Williams in the Office of Publications and Media Relations. The request must be made at least two weeks prior to the event. If we are unable to meet your request, we will provide information on local photographers in the area. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but there are times when our workload or your time constraints won't allow us to perform rush jobs.

New Portraits of Faculty and Staff
Professional, head-and-shoulder type portraits help support college-wide communications on a timely basis, including printed material and web sites, as well as external publicity. If your department/office is interested in scheduling photos for this purpose, please contact our office.
