How to Submit a Ticket
Submitting a request for marketing assistance or a new project is easy! Visit https://kbox.smcm.edu/ and login using your SMCM account credentials.
When adding a new ticket, place your request in the correct work queue, either “3. Marketing” (for photo, video, print, mailings, and social media) or “4. Webservices” (for website updates). The form will ask you for basic details about your project, so take some time to plan out your project in advance.
