Communications Officer Rich Hall re-joined the Department of Public Safety in 2008 as a part time dispatcher. Prior to his retirement in 2006, CO Hall worked as a full time Public Safety Communications Officer from 2001 until 2006. Before joining Public Safety, CO Hall worked for the SMCM IT Office from 1997 until 2001.
